Amanda shares a pep talk with you.
It’s only Monday. But it feels like Thursday. I am so tired: mentally, physically, emotionally, etc.
So I decided that I need a pep talk. And, since I am currently hiding out from the rest of humanity, I decided to create my own pep talk. And, since I also know that many of my Creighton peers are under debilitating amounts of stress, I thought I would share it with my social network. I am going to now be your personal cheerleader.
Step 2) Boogie. Turn up the volume and dance around your room. Getting your blood moving will be sure to put a smile on your face. I have a special playlist for times like this, which is aptly titled “YOU CAN DO IT!”
